How it works
Refilling a maintenance medication with Verilane takes three steps. No waiting room, no phone tag with a front desk — but also no shortcuts on the clinical review itself.
01
Tell us what you need
You'll submit your medication history and current refill request through our secure online visit — what you're taking, how long you've been on it, and anything your physician should know.
02
A physician reviews your case
This is a genuine, individualized clinical evaluation — not a questionnaire that automatically approves a refill. Most reviews happen asynchronously. If your physician needs more information, or a phone or video conversation would serve your care better, they'll reach out.
03
Your prescription is sent
If your refill is approved, your prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy you already use. There's no shipping, no inventory, and no markup on the medication itself.

If a refill isn't the right fit
Not every request can be approved online. If your physician determines you need an in-person evaluation, additional monitoring, or a different course of care, they'll let you know directly and explain the next step — rather than leaving you without an answer.
