Most common questions

No. We refill the routine medications you already take. Controlled substances and a number of other categories fall outside that — search your medication to check yours.
No. We're a cash-pay practice, and we don't bill insurance for your visit. If your refill is approved, you can still use your insurance or pharmacy benefits when you pick up your medication.
Any pharmacy you choose. If your refill is approved, a physician sends your prescription electronically to the pharmacy you prefer. We don't dispense medications — we simply coordinate your refill with the pharmacy you trust.
Not currently. Pricing is $44 for your first medication refill, plus $5 for each additional medication reviewed in the same visit.
It depends on the medication. For medications that require little ongoing monitoring, your physician will usually authorize enough refills to cover 90 days or more. For medications that require closer follow-up or periodic lab monitoring, your physician will provide fewer. Our goal is to practice safe medicine while making it easier for you to stay on your routine medications.
Not every request can be approved online. If your physician determines you need an in-person evaluation, additional monitoring, or a different course of care, they'll explain why and what to do next.
Yes. Your intake, medical history, and communication with your physician are handled inside our HIPAA-compliant patient platform, separate from this website.
Not every request can be approved online. If a physician determines your medication can't be safely refilled online, we refund your visit fee and explain what we'd recommend instead.
