What the fee covers
A clinical review by a board-certified physician and, if they approve it, an electronic prescription they send to the pharmacy you choose.
Refills that last
Your visit isn't limited to a single fill. When it's clinically appropriate, your physician can authorize additional refills, typically covering 90 days or more.
The medication is separate
You pay your pharmacy for the medication itself, where your insurance or benefits apply as they normally would.
Why we don't bill insurance
Billing insurance for a routine online visit adds cost and delay to something that should be simple. Paying directly keeps the price predictable and the process fast.
When you're charged
Payment happens securely inside your visit, not on this website. You'll know the exact cost before you submit anything.
If your refill isn't approved
Not every request can be approved online. Medications we don't refill are caught before you're charged, and if a physician determines your medication can't be safely refilled online, we refund your visit fee and explain what we'd recommend instead. If you asked about several medications and only some were approved, we refund the fee for each one that wasn't.
