SMS Terms
Last updated: September 4, 2026
About our text messages
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you texts in connection with your visit — for example, confirmation that your request was received, updates about your request, and notice when your prescription has been sent to your pharmacy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from Verilane. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@verilane.co.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send you the messages described above. No mobile information or text messaging opt-in data will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
